Experience

• 3+ years of working experience

SQL & DB PROGRAMMING

• Good in SQL & DB Programming (T-SQL / PL-SQL)
• Should have In-depth knowledge of T-SQL / PL-SQL Programming, performance tuning of complex queries
• Should have sound knowledge in creating various database objects – Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions, Views, indexes

ETL

• Develop Scripts and Programs required to extract, transform, clean, and move data, in a manner that quality data can be loaded into the Data Warehouse
• Experience in “incremental and history data load”

DW & BI

• Should have been part of at least 1-2 Bl projects or DW projects
• Should have knowledge in the logical and physical design of databases & Data Warehouse
• Should have analytical ability to apply towards problem-solving/getting the deliverables

Additional Skills

• Understand the process around quality assurance
• Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Familiar with Code Management and Code review process
• Good with the documentation process

Nice to Have

• Understanding of Agile development process Retail/CPG exposure
• Experience in SSRS/SSAS 2012/2016 and knowledge of standard Bl tools which is an added advantage
• Exposure to a cloud technology like AWS, Azure, Redshift, or GCP-based DBs
