Primary Responsibility

• Automating the current manual process
• Managing and processing customer orders
• Filing reports regarding product problems
• Walking customers through solutions
• Reviewing product change requests
• Learning about product updates and new technologies
• Database Management and Administration

We’re looking for

• Hands-on implementation of solutions using SQL queries
• Experience in building unit tests and implementing test cases
• Smart, energetic, and outgoing personality with a Can-Do attitude.
• Working Knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients
• Ability to work independently without the need for close supervision and work collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose & address application issues
