Primary Responsibility

• Conduct Market and Technology Researches supportive of the company
• Content creation including website blogs, social media posts, and interaction with professional accounts
• Respond to community-related messages promptly
• Monitor, track, and report on feedback, questions, and online reviews
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Understanding case studies and creation of audience insight reports using templates.
• Understanding concepts of digital marketing, such as CRM applications and data Segments

We are looking for

• Graduate freshers welcomed
• Excellent verbal communication and creative writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
• Hands-on experience with social media management
• Knowledge of online marketing
• Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver
• BSc degree in Marketing/ Information Systems or relevant field
