Admin & HR executive

Foodholics Lanka is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & HR executive to support administrative operations, compliance requirements, licensing, documentation, and office coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage company licenses, permits, insurance, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate inspections with PHI, Fire Marshals, and other regulatory authorities.
- Conduct outlet visits to monitor facility conditions, equipment maintenance, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate accommodation arrangements, landlord agreements, and tenancy documentation.
- Maintain company asset registers and monitor maintenance schedules.
- Liaise with service providers, contractors, government authorities, and outlet managers.
- Prepare administration and compliance reports and support office operations.
Requirements
- Diploma, HND, or professional qualification in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in administration, HR, compliance, or office operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel to outlets when required.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-location operations will be an added advantage.
