Admin & HR executive

Foodholics Lanka is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & HR executive to support administrative operations, compliance requirements, licensing, documentation, and office coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage company licenses, permits, insurance, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  2. Coordinate inspections with PHI, Fire Marshals, and other regulatory authorities.
  3. Conduct outlet visits to monitor facility conditions, equipment maintenance, and compliance standards.
  4. Coordinate accommodation arrangements, landlord agreements, and tenancy documentation.
  5. Maintain company asset registers and monitor maintenance schedules.
  6. Liaise with service providers, contractors, government authorities, and outlet managers.
  7. Prepare administration and compliance reports and support office operations.

Requirements

  1. Diploma, HND, or professional qualification in business administration, management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in administration, HR, compliance, or office operations.
  3. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  5. Willingness to travel to outlets when required.
  6. Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-location operations will be an added advantage.
