HR Strategy Executive

Skills:
  • Ability to implement modern strategies to support the company, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs
  • A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
  • Extremely organized and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills – being Trilingual is an added advantage

Responsibilities:
  • Play a central role, in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources supporting the Group COO, in forward planning and strategy development for the company as a whole on HR. and implement the strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy & vision of the company.
  • Provide strategic direction on the development of appropriate HR Policies across the company
  • Assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the company’s senior management & Director of HR.
  • Project manage the implementation and review of HR policies
  • Impact assess the equality and diversity impact of all HR policies
  • Provide oversight of the company’s approach to job evaluation to maintain consistency and fairness and
  • assess appropriate modern methodologies for implementation, and provide strategic oversight and
  • direction to company remuneration policy and practices.
  • Work closely with the Director of Human Resources and provide direction on staff engagement so that the company regularly measures and responds to staff feedback to improve the company as a place to work.
  • Provide guidance on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures within HR and across the company.
  • Benchmark and modernize terms and conditions, remuneration and benefits, and develop effective employee relations processes.
  • To undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as requested by the Director of Human Resources.

Requirements:
  • A candidate between 25 – 3S years
  • Successful completion of O/Ls, A/Ls & a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Sinhala is an added advantage
