Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Job Responsibilities

• Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback
• Creating detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Identify, report, and track bugs in JIRA
• Perform full functional & Front-end testing for all the projects in required devices & browsers
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs or change requests are resolved
• Daily reporting of project QA status & highlighting the problems/ blockers in the daily meetings
• Internal demonstrations to Project managers Identify project risk and communication
• Ability to understand the domain and requirements of task/story considering the perspective of the end-user
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

What are we looking for?

• BSc in Computing or Information Technology or any other equivalent/ related
• Professional Qualification from a recognized institute
• Minimum 2 years experience in web application testing
• Experience in mobile & browser compatibility testing
• Strong knowledge and experience in Agile QA Department (Preferred Scrum / Kanban)
• Experience in defect tracking tools and procedures (Preferred JIRA)
• Strong knowledge of test designing techniques & QA documentation
• ISTQB foundation level certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High attention to details and excellent judgment
• Very good planning and organizing skills
