Senior Accounts Executive

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of accounting experience to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable, receivable, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Preparing financial reports, reconciliations, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and management reports.
• Handling bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Supporting month-end/year-end closing and statutory reporting, including VAT.
• Monitoring receivables and payables and resolving accounting discrepancies.
• Coordinating with auditors and maintaining proper financial documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems and advanced Excel and Quick Books skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
