Requirements

• Professionals with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, supported by relevant purchasing / procurement experience in the construction or real estate industry in a similar capacity.
• Minimum 2+ years of development and construction-related experience.
• Proven success in driving commercial return and revenue.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Dynamic, innovative and adaptable to the ever-changing demands of the industry.
