Senior Industrial Engineering Executive – Head office

• Experience & education: Bring a diploma/qualification in industrial engineering (or a related field) alongside 3–5 years of garment manufacturing experience. GSD certification is a major plus.
• Garment costing & SMV optimization: Utilize your proven skills in work/time studies and line analysis to calculate accurate garment costings, manage cost structures, and establish baseline standard minute values (SMVs).
• Efficiency & productivity drive: Identify operational enhancement opportunities, reduce factory waste, and implement corrective actions to ensure the plant meets its performance and IE targets.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with factory IE, production, and technical teams to optimize manufacturing methods and continuously improve operational processes.
• On-site engagement & travel: Use your strong communication, analytical, and MS Office skills to collaborate with management, requiring a willingness to travel frequently to manufacturing facilities.

Merchandiser – Bulk / Development – Head office

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field from a recognized university, or equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Attend risk analysis and style handover meetings; communicate key details to sample, technical, and production teams.
• Liaise with fabric mills and trim suppliers to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials.
• Track sample submissions and approvals, ensuring milestones are met.
• Manage the critical path and coordinate with stakeholders for 100% on-time delivery.
• Follow up on capacity bookings and future forecasts from the development team.
• Review buyer POs for accuracy in price, delivery, and order details.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and drive improvements in quality, delivery, and performance.
• Oversee sampling and testing processes according to company SOPs.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong computer literacy.
• Experience with UK/European customers is a definite advantage.

Technical In-Charge – Kotiyakumbura

• Diploma or certificate in garment manufacturing.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity.
• Hands on experience in QCO/ pre preparation process.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of all sewing machines and sewing techniques.
• Ability train operators and upgrade skills.
• Experience in handling UK/European customers will be a definite advantage.
