Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities to achieve sales and business growth targets.
• Promote wealth management and investment solutions based on clients’ financial needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and provide clients with relevant financial insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, or a similar role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala is required. Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Candidates residing in or willing to work in the respective location (Colombo or Negombo) are preferred.
