Human Resources Officer

Entry requirements

• Higher national diploma (HND) or diploma in business management administration or any other related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR or a related field.
• Prior experience in the hospital, healthcare, pharmaceutical or service industry will be highly advantageous.
• Ability to interpret HR data and use HR analytics and dashboards to support management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with employees and management while promoting a positive, ethical and high-performance workplace culture.
• Work closely with payroll, finance and HR operations to ensure accurate and effective implementation of employee-related processes.
• Identify organizational capability gaps and partner with learning & development teams to implement targeted development programmes.
• Provide guidance on employment practices and ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and organizational HR policies.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, performance issues and conflict resolution.
