FIT Coordinator – Maldives

Are you passionate about the Maldives, luxury travel, and creating unforgettable holidays? We’re looking for a coordinator to join our team and turn clients’ holiday dreams into memorable island experiences.

Key responsibilities

n

• Create tailored FIT & group Maldives packages across standard, boutique & luxury resorts.

n

• Handle resort bookings, seaplane, domestic flights, speedboats & VIP airport services.

n

• Arrange special experiences including honeymoons, anniversaries & private escapes.

n

• Liaise with resorts to secure availability, negotiate arrangements, and manage last-minute changes.

n

• Provide seamless guest support from arrival to departure.

n

• Prepare quotations & invoices and manage payments, deadlines & cancellations.

n

• Build strong resort and partner relationships while driving repeat business & customer satisfaction.

n

• Should be able to deal with luxury agents around the world.

Candidate profile

n

n
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in travel, tourism, reservations, or tour operations.

n

• Organized, customer-focused, and commercially minded.

n

• Passionate about the Maldives and luxury travel.

n

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.

n

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

n

• Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines.

n

• Good knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry.

n

• The confidence and credibility to build and maintain relationships with international luxury agents and partners.
