We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented professional to join our team as Technical Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the successful execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key duties
- Supervise day-to-day construction work (structural and finishing)
- Ensure correct implementation of site layouts and construction drawings
- Coordinate with subcontractors and skilled workers
- Report technical or quality issues to the team
- Monitor material usage and maintain basic site records
Qualifications
- NDT / HNDE / NCT / NVQ level 5 or diploma or degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Good understanding of reinforcement, masonry, plastering, tiling, and finishes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
