Job responsibilities

• Manage and supervise commercial interior fit-out projects from concept to handover.
• Coordinate with diverse teams to ensure execution aligns with plans.
• Develop and manage project schedules, logistics, and resources.
• Monitor site progress, enforce quality, and maintain health & safety standards.
• Track budgets, variations, and support billing processes.
• Address and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, architecture, interior design, or project management.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management or site execution, preferably in interior fit-outs, joinery, or commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, AutoCAD layouts, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and site supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
• Proficiency in MS Office (an added advantage).
• A valid riding/driving license.
