Senior virtual audit manager – team lead

Job responsibilities

• Lead and manage virtual audit engagements for international clients.
• Review audit workpapers and deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with applicable auditing standards.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to support their professional development.
• Coordinate with international engagement teams and maintain effective client relationships.
• Monitor engagement progress, budgets, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Identify audit risks and provide practical solutions to engagement challenges.
• Promote the effective use of audit technologies and digital audit tools.
• Contribute to process improvements and team performance initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified chartered accountant or ACCA member.
• Minimum 5–7 years of audit experience, including experience in managing audit engagements and teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and audit methodologies.
• Experience working with electronic audit files and digital audit tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and collaborative environment.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
