Finance executive
Key requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- AAT finalist or part/fully qualified CIMA or ACCA
- A degree in accountancy/finance will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Previous experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage
Key responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate accounting and financial records
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Bank, supplier and customer reconciliations
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and financial analysis
- Supporting the finance manager/accountant with day-to-day finance operations
- Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
Audit trainee / audit executive
Key requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in auditing or accounting
- AAT finalist or part/fully qualified in CIMA or ACCA
- A degree in accounting/finance will be an added advantage
- Experience in internal audit, financial audit and accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and audit procedures
- Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage
Key responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and review financial records
- Examine supporting documents, transactions and accounting entries
- Identify discrepancies, weaknesses and areas for improvement
- Prepare audit working papers and audit reports
- Perform account and bank reconciliations
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in reviewing internal controls and financial processes
- Follow up on audit findings and recommended corrective actions
- Work closely with the finance and management teams
