We are seeking a dynamic and qualified visiting site engineer for an exclusive high-end house construction project located in Wattala. The project involves quality residential development requiring rigorous quality assurance, milestone monitoring, and active stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

• Age: Below 40 years

n

• Minimum educational qualifications: Diploma in civil engineering/ national certificate of technology in civil engineering or equivalent and above

n

• Experience: 3 years of minimum experience in building constructions

n

• Work duration: 1 year

n

• Availability: Flexible to conduct site visits in Wattala on a scheduled or on-call basis

n

• Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities

n

n
• Understand the project scope

n

• Coordination with the project consultants and the relevant stakeholders

n

• Monitor the quality of the main contractor’s and sub-contractor’s work

n

• Monitor and report the main contractor’s and the sub-contractor’s work progress

n

• Perform the inspections of units completed by the main contractor and the sub-contractors

n

• Review and verify the contractor’s payment requests

n

• Perform other related duties as assigned
