We are a renowned construction company in the country looking for a good junior quantity surveyor/ junior site engineer that can work under pressure.

Candidate criteria for site engineer

• Supervise day to day construction work.
• Manage workforce to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Ability in drafting will be an added benefit.
• Good ability to read drawings and carry out construction work.
• Diploma/HND in engineering.
• Ability to communicate with consultants.
• Experience in multiple story buildings.

Candidate criteria for junior quantity surveyor

• Good capability in taking measurements for IPAs and making subcontractor bills.
• Good capability in making subcontractor bills and IPAs.
• Good capability in site cost control and monitoring productivity of the workforce.
• Identifying and preparing variations at site.
• Candidate should have a good ability to assist with site supervision of workers to reach daily targets.
