Ticketing & Reservations Staff

Cloud9 – The travel team is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused ticketing & reservations staff member to join our team in Colombo 03.

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in airline ticketing and reservations or a similar travel agency role
• Proficiency in Amadeus and Sabre is essential
• Good knowledge of airline reservations, fares, and ticketing procedures
• Experience in ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations
• Ability to handle itinerary planning, fare quotations, and reservations
• Knowledge of airline rules, fare conditions, and ticketing deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Experience in handling corporate and marine/seafarer travel will be an added advantage.
