The Pedro Barn Club House is a 10-bedroom boutique property which operates its business activity within the premises of Little England Cottages, a project developed by Jaysons Realty (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Jaysons Group and can be considered the most exclusive gated community in Nuwara Eliya.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 1–4 years’ experience in a similar capacity in star-class hotels.
• Proven experience in pastry and dessert preparation.
• Excellent knowledge of cakes, desserts, pastries, breads, doughs, creams, fillings, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent understanding of food safety management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong decorating and presentation skills.
• Age below 45 years.
