Executive – Guest Services

We are looking for dynamic candidates to fill the position of Executive – Guest Services.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in guest services, front office, hospitality, tourism, travel, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written english.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Computer literacy (proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook etc.).
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Sri Lanka’s tourism destinations will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with five-star hotels or luxury travel services will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
