Requirements & qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a star-class hotel or luxury banquet facility is mandatory for all roles.

Educational qualifications (management roles): Must hold a diploma or qualification from the Ceylon Hotel School (SLITHM), a recognized private hotel school, or a recognized diploma in Hotel Management.

Skills: Excellent communication, strong leadership for managerial positions, and a commitment to high standards of hospitality.
