Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional campaigns for Siddhalepa Ayurveda products.
• Coordinate product promotions, launches, exhibitions, events, and other brand activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor customer trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with sales, promotions, production, and other relevant departments.
• Manage marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.
• Identify new market opportunities and support business development initiatives.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and other marketing partners when required.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in marketing, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in FMCG, Ayurveda, healthcare.
• Good understanding of marketing, promotions, and market research.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Creative, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
• Good command of English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy, including MS Office.
• Willingness to travel and participate in promotional activities when required.
