Production executive

The position holder will be responsible for achieving the budgeted KPIs of the plant through close coordination with the relevant internal teams and thereby achieve the customer requirements on production in timely manner.

Eligibility criteria

n

n
• A bachelor’s degree in production engineering, diploma or equal qualification in production management/ industrial engineering or related field.

n

• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in production or manufacturing environment.

n

• Strong communication skills in English both written & verbal with strong interpersonal skills.

n

• Age below 35 years.

n

• Working experience in plastic and rubber industry is added advantage.

n

• Working in GMP, ISO 13485 certified production environment would be added advantage.

n

• Preference will be given to those who reside near Bandaragama area.

Duties & responsibilities

n

n
• Prepare and coordinate daily and weekly production plans to achieve assigned production targets.

n

• Monitor production progress and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

n

• Improve production efficiency by identifying and eliminating non-value-added activities through Lean practices.

n

• Review production performance with supervisors, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

n

• Identify employee training needs and coordinate with HR to support staff development.

n

• Manage administrative activities for assigned production lines or sections.

n

• Communicate management decisions effectively and ensure timely implementation across teams.

n

• Maintain 5S standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

n

• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
