Machine Operator

Role profile

• Operate and monitor food processing machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet company quality and food safety standards.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report major breakdowns to the relevant team.
• Adhere to safety procedures, GMP standards, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Personal profile

• Minimum of G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification.
• Completed NVQ Level 3 or above in pneumatic, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, or a related technical field from a recognized institute (NAITA, VTA, technical college, etc.).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLCs, pneumatic controls, and industrial automation will be a distinct advantage.
• Good problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
