Production executive (Horana)

We seek an outstanding and energetic professional with high level of dedication and competence to take over responsibilities of the above position at our factory located in Horana.

Requirements

• NDT or a degree/diploma in production engineering, industrial engineering, or any other relevant engineering field from a reputed university.
• Minimum 01-year industrial experience.
• Experience in a rubber manufacturing/ production environment will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Highly organized, efficient and team player.
• Close proximity to Horana will be preferred.
• Male candidate below 40 years of age.

The selected candidate will be responsible to oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient production process of each production line by monitoring and organizing workflows in order to ensure that quality product meet the required standard.
