IT Support Executive

We are seeking an IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role suits a proactive professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and contributing to a productive and secure IT environment.
What you’ll do
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and applications
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Assist in maintaining IT assets and inventory
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or vendors
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures
- Document support requests, solutions, and system updates
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in information technology or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Good understanding of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Technical skills
- Operating systems: Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux (basic)
- Hardware: Desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, basic routing
- Applications: MS Office, Outlook, email clients
- Knowledge of help desk ticketing tools is a plus
