Business Analyst

In this role, you will

1. Work closely with Australian based clients to understand their business needs, clarify requirements, and support day to day project communication.
2. Analyse client requests, system issues, enhancement requirements, and operational workflows to identify clear and practical solutions.
3. Prepare clear business documentation including requirement documents, functional specifications, meeting notes, release notes, user guides, process flows, and client communication.
4. Collaborate with developers, testers, support teams, and management to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as expected.
5. Review existing system behaviour, identify gaps, and support improvements across business applications, reporting, rostering, payroll, invoicing, and client management workflows.

Who you are

1. You are customer focused, professional, and able to understand business needs from the client’s point of view.
2. You have 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar business facing role.
3. You are confident communicating with clients, internal teams, developers, testers, and management.
4. You have strong documentation skills and can prepare clear requirement documents, meeting notes, user guides, release notes, and client communication.
5. Proficient English speaking and written communication skills are essential.
