Engineer – RAN (Radio Access Network)

Primary responsibilities

1. Perform RAN planning, configuration, integration, and optimization for GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G networks.
2. Diagnose and resolve anomalies in radio interface configurations and parameter settings to maintain optimal and stable cellular network performance.
3. Coordinate with core network, transmission and field teams during new project launch, maintenance phase and upgrade etc.
4. Prepare technical reports, parameter audits, and performance improvement plans.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or in telecommunication engineering, electronics, or related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in RAN planning, optimization, or integration.
3. Familiarity with 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies, parameters, and KPIs.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
