Telecom project manager

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate telecom projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and resource requirements.
• Manage telecom installation, integration, commissioning, and rollout activities.
• Conduct site visits and resolve project-related issues.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in telecommunications, electrical/electronics engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in telecom project management or similar roles.
• Experience in telecom rollout and infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Telecom project coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate telecom project activities with clients, site teams, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, and materials.
• Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.
• Follow up on site activities and resolve coordination issues.
• Assist the project manager with daily project operations.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in telecommunications, electrical/electronics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecom projects or coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• ZTE project experience will be an added advantage.

Telecom site engineer

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate telecom site installation, integration, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitor installation of BTS, RRU, antenna, microwave, and power equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets technical and quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in telecommunications, electrical/electronics engineering, or related field.
• Experience in telecom site work, rollout, or implementation.
• Good technical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work at different project sites.
• Previous ZTE/telecom project experience will be an added advantage.
