Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation programs
- Assist in payroll, leave and attendance management
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Handle general HR administration and reporting
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in HRM, business management or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (fresh graduates with good skills may also apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle data accurately
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
