Security Operations Manager

Specific requirements

1. Strong leadership and people management skills.
2. Excellent planning, scheduling, and roster management skills.
3. Good communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple operational locations simultaneously.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Knowledge of security operations, risk management, and client service.
7. Good computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Educational / professional qualifications

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in security management, business management, operations management, or a related field. Equivalent industry experience will be considered.

Experience

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
2. Experience in managing multiple security sites and large teams.
3. Experience in client handling, manpower planning, and operational coordination.
