Ticketing & Reservation Executive

Join the team at SEDADI Holidays and help create seamless travel experiences for our clients. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with hands-on airline ticketing experience and excellent customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle tour and airline ticket inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Create, customize, and manage travel itineraries and holiday packages.
  3. Issue, amend, reissue, and manage airline reservations and tickets.
  4. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
  5. Process bookings accurately and efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  6. Assist customers with travel-related information, schedules, fares, and documentation.
  7. Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in airline ticketing and reservations.
  2. Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar.
  3. Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing procedures, and travel documentation.
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
