Ticketing & Reservation Executive

Join the team at SEDADI Holidays and help create seamless travel experiences for our clients. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with hands-on airline ticketing experience and excellent customer service skills.
Key responsibilities
- Handle tour and airline ticket inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.
- Create, customize, and manage travel itineraries and holiday packages.
- Issue, amend, reissue, and manage airline reservations and tickets.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Process bookings accurately and efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Assist customers with travel-related information, schedules, fares, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in airline ticketing and reservations.
- Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing procedures, and travel documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
