Candidates should be energetic, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication skills.

Experienced Ticketing Executives should possess the

• GDS skills on Amadeus
• Knowledge of fare preparation and ticketing
• Experience to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve their satisfaction
• Skills to build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

Experienced FIT / Group Tour Executives should possess

• Skills to create tour itinerates,
• Knowledge to monitor the cost & quality of tours
• Experience in Visa Procedures for various destinations
• Coordinating with foreign agents, hotels, transport providers

If YOU are a fast learner, you should be —
• Between 18 — 40 years of age
• Excellent in effective negotiation
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, email, social media
