Damro, one of the leading business conglomerates in Sri Lanka, seeks to recruit a dynamic and self-motivated individual for the following position.

Job profile

1. Identify staff requirements.
2. Conduct interview, selection, and placement processes.
3. Handle personnel administration and welfare activities.
4. Coordination with internal divisions in handling HR related matters.
5. Liaise with government institutions such as the Labor Department.

Requirements

1. Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Be computer literate.
5. Be male, below 30 years of age & permanent resident living within 30 km from the above location.
