Senior executive – HR business partner (male)

Key responsibilities

  1. Act as an HR business partner for assigned business units, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  2. Support talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives.
  3. Handle employee relations matters, including policy implementation, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  4. Drive HR initiatives such as performance appraisals, employee development programs, and culture-building activities.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  6. Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and workforce analytics.

Key requirements

  1. Degree or diploma in human resource management or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR business partner or HR generalist role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
  4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications with a data-driven mindset.
