Junior executive | executive – FD marketing
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of junior executive / executive – FD marketing for our branches located in Anuradhapura, Kottawa, Colombo 05, Melsiripura, Matara, Matugama, Mullaittivu, and Naramala.
Job profile
- Be part of the deposit mobilization arm and consistently achieve deposit targets.
- Manage funds for high-net-worth clients, ensuring long-term growth and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on key industry trends and provide value-added solutions to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve deposit mobilization, retention, and reduce withdrawal attrition.
- Build and nurture relationships with both corporate clients and individual depositors.
Candidate profile
- Minimum of 01 year of experience in banking or a financial institution.
- A degree or professional qualification from a recognized university/institution is preferred.
- A team player with confidence, perseverance, and self-motivation.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities within set timelines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills, with an outgoing personality.
