Micro operations – team members

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our micro operations team.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the micro finance / micro field sector
2. Good knowledge of field operations, recovery processes, and customer handling
3. Ability to coordinate effectively with branch operations
4. Strong leadership and team management skills
5. Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and reporting
6. Ability to work under targets and deadlines
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
8. Willingness to travel island-wide will be an added advantage
9. Bilingual proficiency will be considered an added advantage

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor daily field operations activities
2. Support recovery and collection processes efficiently
3. Maintain strong relationships with customers and branch teams
4. Prepare operational reports and updates
5. Ensure achievement of assigned operational targets
6. Handle field-related issues and provide timely solutions
