Primary Responsibility

• Attending customer inquiries
• Managing and processing client requests
• Filing reports regarding product problems, development, and implementation,
• Reviewing product change requests
• Learning about product updates and new technologies
• provide authoritative advice on trends, risks, and issues and supports a business’s needs.
• Provide expert advice on the quality, accuracy, and relevance of data.
• Gather and share project requirements across a range of reports, and outcomes that deliver value to the business.
• Analyze the product results done by the technical team and support them to solve the issues.

We’re looking for

• 1+ years of experience
• Good knowledge of SQL programming
• A team player with a positive can-do attitude
• Working Knowledge of MS Office, especially in – Excel and Outlook
• Ability to learn and master new software
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills
