Multi Duty Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join the Distribution department.

Accountabilities

• Maintain accurate Daily Delivery Reports.
• Responsible for sending the relevant documents to the government authorities according to the Excise
• Ordinance for the fuel distribution to the vehicle fleet.
• Manage petty cash in the department.
• Maintain documents related to stock transfer.
• Coordinate with the depots in terms of stocks, stationery items, and other requirements.

Profile

• Three Passes in GCE AIL.
• Experience related to distribution is an advantage.
• Master in Microsoft Office
• Experience in SAP or ERP system would be advantageous
