Job Role

• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Contact outstanding customers over the phone and drive them to pay off
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Locate and contact debtors to inquire about their payment status
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans Handle questions or complaints
• Record and update all daily activities accurately to generate reports

Job Requirements

• Female candidates who are fully or partially qualified in marketing
• Excellent negotiation & communications skills
• Consistency of work with possessing an investigative mindset
• A minimum of 03 years of experience in a similar capacity, particularly in the financial sector, will be an added advantage
• Successfully completed the G.C.E Advance Level examination
• High level of Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil Languages will be an advantage
• Resident in close proximity to Pannipitiya, Kottawa, or Homagama would be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to solve problems and work under pressure
• Willingness to work in a dynamic & competitive environment while pursuing targets
