Intern / TraineeApplication Support Engineer (Shift Basis)

Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Work on 24/5 roster basis shift including local holidays (Morning [5.00 am -12.00pml / Day [11.30am — 8.30pml / Night [8.00pm — 5.00am])
• Work with international clients and the internal development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the VitalHub product suites
• Ensure compliance for given SLAs and OLAs

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate or Diploma in the IT field
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to converse with clients in other countries
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on the applications and their environments
• Possess relevant computer literacy
• Knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently with an open and flexible mindset
