Branch Manager

Job Profile: Selected candidates will be attached to an Asia Asset Finance branch as Branch Managers based on their qualifications and experience. 

They will be entrusted to:

• Ensure branch performance with regard to portfolio growth and profitability 
• Maintain a healthy portfolio of Assets and Liabilities for the branch 
• Motivate the branch team to achieve targets and overall company objectives 
• Build strong customer relationships based on superior performance 
• Branch administration and branch controls
• Staff management, development, and retention
• Development and retaining a strong customer base

Candidate Profile

• Sound educational background 
• Age less than 45 years
• At least 2 years of industry experience
• Be willing to work long hours and achieve given targets
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality
• Ability and willingness to achieve the goals of the company 
• Desire to interact and work with people
• Possess a valid riding/ driving license
