Lead BA

Qualification and Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to identify, document, and maintain requirements
• Define, estimate and manage the requirements effort including timeline Conduct peer reviews of requirements documents Lead requirements sessions with multiple stakeholders, across multiple lines of business, and remote team members Identify, manage and groom user stories.
• Conduct and participate in backlog grooming Create and manage acceptance criteria Acts as day-to-day liaison between Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Technical teams Support the development and QA teams throughout the development life cycle Drive the creation of user acceptance test cases, and test plan, and manage User Acceptance Test execution and approval Work with the development team to identify solutions for business problems Support product release
• Develop Training Materials and Conduct training Conduct sprint demos and participate in sprint planning meetings Support the QA team with testing of the applications as needed Support resolution of production issues
