We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team for the following position.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Capacity to understand staff suggestions, changes & grievances, and suggest appropriate solutions
• Maturity to maintain a healthy relationship with all the staff and the management in order to ensure staff morale and motivation
• Align all the staff to the rules and policies of the hospital
• Responsible for all recruitment & selection processes managing an effective employee performance review system
• Ensure training & competencies of each level of staff

Key Requirements

• Degree in HR or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills
• Age between 45-65
• Exposure to handling staff issues all around and sound practical knowledge in legal aspects
• Personality with highly self-motivated and task-oriented
