Business Analysts

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with clients in managing requirements and key stakeholder interests in software development projects

Roles and responsibilities

• Requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Product backlog creation and grooming
• Effectively communicate between project teams and clients in various locations
• Create process models, wireframes, and diagrams to provide direction to the development team and other stakeholders
• Manage requirements and handle changes in a controlled manner

Qualifications required

• 1 to 3 years (s) related experience in Software Business Analysis with prior development
• Following system experience: JIRA, GSuite, and Microsoft office
• A degree or similar educational qualification in the relevant field
• Comprehensive knowledge of BA processes, best practices, and methodologies in an agile environment
• Excellent PR skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical mind, problem-solving aptitude, and out-of-the-box thinking
