Manager – Credit Card Operations
Job Role
- Manage and co-ordinate operational activities ensuring quality service and effective operations support for all stake holders.
- Participate in managing card systems and procedures on operational perspective.
- Manage and co-ordinate Card Scheme level activities.
- Responsible for timely reconciliation and FRM activities and monitoring.
- Review and recommend new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient.
- Interact with other departments, vendors, agencies etc, to resolve operational matters and ensure timely response and customer service.
Job Profile
- Very strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead a team through proven performance management techniques.
- Ability to be a strategic, business-oriented, critical thinker who can effectively develop and implement a variety of operational strategies based on business requirements.
- Thorough knowledge in co- banking systems/ card systems and applications.
- Minimum 08 years of experience in the relevant job role in a reputed banking or non- banking financial institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills.
- Able to work well in a partnership-oriented environment, with key emphasis on flexibility, execution and customer service.
- Well updated knowledge on guidelines and mandates of the regulator and card schemes.
