Yaden Laboratories Pvt Ltd is BOI approved, first Sri Lankan company which is manufacturing pharmaceutical liquid injectables for the well -being of the human. Our factory is located in Katunayake export processing Zone. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, dedicated and goal-oriented candidate for the following position with long term commitment and ability to drive the company to achieve set goals.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess BSc. Degree in Human resources and related qualification in Training & Development with minimum 3-4 years industrial experience.
• Experience in preparing training need analysis and preparing staff training program
• Prepare and coach the staff as internal process
• Preferences are giving candidates who have worked in factory environment
• Excellent computer Literacy & Presentation skills with sound knowledge in MS Office.
• Good command of communication skills in English
• Preferred candidate, Age between 24 – 30years
• Preference will be giving candidates who are resides in Gampaha district
