Spring & Summer is looking for an experienced individual to join our Maharagama Head Office as an HR Assistant.

Candidate Profile

• Certificate / Diploma in HRM from a recognized institute or university
• Minimum 1 year working experience in similar capacity
• Computer Literacy (MS Office packages with Sinhala and English typing)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Age below 30 years
• Candidate with immediate availability is preferred
• Candidate close to Maharagama area is added advantage.

Job Profile

• Update records in a timely manner.
• Present reports whenever required
• Documentation and filling
• Assist for HR day to day functions
• Coordinate with team members and attend to their inquiries
• Respond effectively and timely manner to all assignments consigned by superiors
• Fresher’s who wish to gain experience in HR field may also apply.
