Senior Executive-Human Resources
You will play a vital role in supporting the organisation through development and implementation of human resources strategies and programmes that
provides an employee-oriented, high performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure recruitment and selection processes are adhered and are completed in timely manner
• Handle compliance with the labour regulations, ETF/EPF matters and payroll
• Assist with the employee performance management process
• Managing the onboarding process
• Maintaining the HRIS system, HR information and documentation related to the employees
• Managing the leave and attendance process
• Assisting in planning and executing various HR programs and initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 3 years experienced in a similar capacity
• Degree in HR or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Experience in managing operations of 200 to 300 employees
• Prior experience in an IT company would be an added advantage
